They're ready to explore what holds them back, build emotional resilience, and take actionable steps toward lasting change. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders and use CBT, ERP, DBT, and ACT to foment meaningful change. My approach is strength-based, empathic, direct, and genuine. I help clients build skills, develop insight, face fears, and live with greater freedom and purpose—offering evidence-based tools within a supportive and authentic therapeutic setting.
