About

Be who you are to the fullest

If you want to address a specific issue or seek personal growth to find meaning and fulfillment in your life, psychotherapy may be right for you. Fortunately, there are therapies that work to create lasting change and reclaim your life. There is no such thing as one-size fits all, so personalizing your treatment will be key in your journey. Drawing from the latest research, I use combination of evidence-based treatments tailored to suit your strengths to overcome your core fears and reach your goals. These include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which can help with different kinds of problems and degrees of suffering. The first few sessions involve getting to know each other, listing problem(s), setting goals, and creating a treatment plan to reach those goals. Then, CBT involves a series of sessions on learning how your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors interfere with goals, and then enhancing skills and capitalizing on your strengths to overcome these challenges. My hope is that by the end of therapy, you will be able to not only feel better, but also DO better, with the goal of developing courage and self-efficacy to create meaningful and lasting change. Please contact us to see if we are the right fit for you.
